Sloppy Joes are one of those classic busy weeknight dinners, but this one has a spicy twist!

Ingredients (serves 5):
20 oz. of ground beef or turkey
2 small yellow onions, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp. of tomato paste
2 oz. of Worcestershire Sauce
.92 oz of light brown sugar
1 cup of water
Dill pickle slices
Fried crispy jalapenos
Salt and pepper to taste
5 potato rolls (or regular hamburger rolls are great too)
Instructions:
Halve and peel your onions, finely chop.
In a large sauce pan, add olive oil, chopped onion, meat, salt, and pepper.
Cook until there is no more pink in the meat, breaking up the meat as it cooks (I like to use a meat masher). Your onions will also look translucent.
Add the tomato paste, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Next add the Worcestershire Sauce, light brown sugar, and water. Stir evenly and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes.
Place desired sloppy joe mixture on each bun, top with your desired pickles and fried crispy jalapeno - enjoy, but don't forget the napkins!
